Question: What is the standard lead time for your products?
Answer: It depends on the product: lab stirrers and portables within one week, large top entry mixers are usually 6-8 weeks, depending on options such as seals and special coatings. For planning purposes it is important to factor in time for approval drawings on custom-engineered mixers.

Question: Does Cleveland Eastern build custom mixers and how long does it take?
Answer: Yes, Cleveland Eastern can engineer and build a mixer to suit virtually any process. Lead time depends on the mixer required to satisfy the application requirements.

Question: Are my process results guaranteed?
Answer: Yes. Cleveland Eastern will guarantee the desired process results contingent upon receiving complete process data during the time of quotation request.
