FRG/FRAG Series

The FRG/FRAG Series gear driven mixers are recommended for high flow and low shear applications from 5,000gallons.They feature a standard single set, forged and precision ground (AGMA 11) helical gears which are rated to 4.5 HP @ 400 RPM. Heavy duty, American made SKF bearings support an oversized output shaft coupling to support long, over hung impeller shafts. Mixers are recommended for blending up to 5,000 gallons for high flow and low shear applications. An XTF-3 high efficiency foil impeller is standard.

XTF-3 High Efficiency impellers are standard. Output speeds of 400 or 264 RPM depending on your application requirements.

Motors

1. American made, Baldor motors are standard in 115/230/60/1 or 208/230/460/60/3 TEFC

Optional Motors include:
•       - 1150 RPM
•       - Inverter Duty, Explosion Proof, Chemical Duty, Washdown, or Premium Efficiency
•       - 50Hz and other special voltages

• - Air Motors
•       - Self-sealed, cast iron bodied.
•       - Inherent variable speed with needle valve.
•       - Horsepower ranges from ¼ to 5 HP.
•       - Speed ranges from 60-2000 rpm.
