Mechanical Warranty
Cleveland Mixer (EMI Inc.) guarantees all products of its manufacture are free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions for a period of one year after the date of shipment. If the mixer fails during that period, Cleveland Mixer will repair or replace the mixer provided it is returned to the factory, transportation charges prepaid.
The warranty period is extended to three years (total) on products identified as “Eastern Portable and Fixed Entry Mixers”, “Cleveland HGD Series Mixers” and “Cleveland Static Mixers.”
Any accessories supplied along with the mixer that are not of Cleveland’s manufacture will be subject to the warranty terms set by the manufacturer of such accessories.
Materials used specifically conform to their certifications. However, the materials are not guaranteed against chemical attack.
OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WILL APPLY. This obligation shall be conditioned upon the Buyer’s giving the Company prompt written notice of a defect, and the Company’s determination that a defect in fact exists.
Prior approval of returns must be obtained from the Company
