Cleveland-Eastern Announces the only Engineered Mixers for Bulk Drums

Allows Mixing of Raw Materials in IBC's, Saving the Time & Expense of Unloading to Separate Tanks

Cleveland-Eastern Mixers introduces a new line of mixers, pre-engineered for bulk drum mixing. With the wide variety of bulk drum designs by numerous manufacturers, simple catalog, universal-mount mixers are often inadequate for viscous, solid suspension or special blending applications.

Cleveland 's combination of process matched drives and impellers use half the horsepower of competitive models. Custom, heavy-duty mounting bridges are designed to fit each manufacturer's drum frame, whether it's wire cage, steel or plastic. The bridges are fitted with lock down clamps, lift rings, and splash-guard tank seals.

Models are offered for direct drive applications with horsepower of ½ to 2 HP, utilizing chemical duty, TEFC, EXP motors or air motors.

For viscous or heavier materials, gear-driven models ranging from ½ to 5HP are available with speeds from 45rpm to 350 rpm. Low headroom, right-angle drives are used to allow for stacking and operating well below OSHA dB noise specifications.

Three impeller designs are available. Single, dual and triple mounted impellers can be used. A unique four bladed collapsible axial flow impeller fits through a 5¾” opening and can open to 18”. This provides exceptional blending for viscous materials or suspending fine solids without “dead spots” often created by mixing with small propellers.
