Cleveland Eastern Mixers Announces Small Triclover Mount Mixer

Designed for Scale-Up applications in Pharmaceutical Research and other sanitary environments

May 2004: Clinton , Connecticut : Cleveland Eastern Mixers is pleased to announce the availability of the BR X mixer for low shear, high flow applications. Developed in conjunction with a leading pharmaceutical protein manufacturer, the BR X is ideally suited for sanitary and research environments where small, valuable batches require Triclover ™ mounting. Applications include solids suspension, blending, chemical reactions and promoting batch uniformity.

More economical and compact than other sanitary mixers, the modular design can accommodate from 1/8 – 1 HP motors. The mixer is suitable for batch sizes between 20-250 liters. The BR X is currently used in pharmaceutical, food & dairy, and chemical processing applications. Mechanical or lip seals are available and a variable speed drive is optional. For those requiring paint-free equipment, an all-stainless motor is also available.
