The RH Series and CD Series direct drive mixers feature light weight yet very strong aluminum bearing housings for continuous, maintenance-free mixer service. A heavy duty sealed ball bearing absorbs shaft deflection loads and provides extended mixer service. Precision cast square pitch industrial mixing propellers are standard.
- Sealed bearing assemblies rated to 100,000 hours.
- 1750 RPM Output Speed
- Excellent for moderate shearing or liquid blending applications from 25 to 1000 gallons.
Motors
- Baldor Motors are standard in 115/230/60/1 or 208/230/460/60/3 TEFC
- Optional Motors include
- 1150 RPM
- Explosion Proof, Chemical Duty, Washdown, or High Efficiency
- 50 Hz and other special voltages

Cup plate is available at no additional cost. The advantage of cup plate mounting is an exceptionally sturdy bolted mounting base.

Econoline Mixers
Eastern Econoline Mixers are ideally designed for OEM and smaller scale applications such as laboratories, pilot plants, light production and chemical feed systems. These direct drive units feature light weight housings with TEFC, explosion proof or air motors. Variable speed drives are offered as an option. All wetted components are 316 stainless steel.

- Electric Motor - 1/4 HP 115/230V/60/1 Phase TEFC 1725 RPM.
- Variable Speed - 115V/60/1 Phase input 90V DC motor, 85 - 1800 RPM.
- Air Motor - 100-2000 RPM 1/3 HP @ 50 PSI, 12 CFM @ 1725 RPM.
Options
- Needle valve for speed regulation on E3A.
- Air lubrication set including filter, regulator, lubricator. assembly with pressure gauge for E3A.
- Fixed mounting bracket for all models, in place of C-clamp.
- PVC coating for shaft and props.
- Explosion proof motors.
